Expert of the NISS took part in the 4th Industry Forum in Karpacz (Poland)

On December 12-13, 2019 deputy director of the NISS Yaroslav Zhalilo took part in the 4th Industry Forum in Karpacz, Poland. The forum gathered several hundreds of experts, politicians, and practitioners from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and other European countries. The participants discussed a wide spectrum of issues that challenge modern development of European industry. The priority agendas included the role of local and regional governance in promotion of industries, integration of developments of Industry 4.0, support of entrepreneurship and small business.

The Forum participants emphasized the necessity of systematic linkage between different tools for promotion of industrial development. Considerable attention was paid to importance of inter-state and interregional cooperation.  

Mr. Zhalilo participated in the panel discussion “Local products on the international market — an asset for the domestic industry”.
