Organization of the national resilience system at the regional and local levels

This analytical report examines the methodological, organizational, legal, political and other aspects of the resilience of regions and local communities. The authors discuss the world’s best practices such as the establishing and functioning of safety regions in the Netherlands and local resilience forums in Great Britain and identify challenges and prospects for the resilience of territorial communities and regions in Ukraine.
